New Year's Eve at Grain of the Silos


Farewell 2021, and welcome 2022 at the award-winning Grain of the Silos restaurant.


Enjoy a five-course degustation menu curated by our Head Chef Mika Chae, Executive Chef Thomas Pirker and Food Director Massimo Mele, that highlights Tasmania's perennial favourites and seasonal treasures.

Dinner is accompanied with sparkling wine and beer on arrival, followed by matched wines, all included in the ticket cost.

Join us for dinner at 6.30pm to eat, drink and dance the night away with live music until late, and enjoy a perfect view of the fireworks.
