Christmas Lunch at Grain of the Silos

Come and join us for a festive feast to remember on Christmas Day at Grain of the Silos.

Food Director Massimo Mele and Executive Chef Thomas Pirker have created a unique shared lunch menu for you to enjoy that showcases the best of Tasmania's produce with a wonderfully festive twist.

Let us treat you this Christmas lunch with a delicious menu that is perfect for large groups or small.

Cost: $179 per person includes a sparking glass of wine on arrival.

first course

shaved zucchini, mint, lemon, fresh ricotta salad

baked scallops, almond, garlic, fennel, chilli butter

steamed prawns, roasted tomatoes, purslane, basil salad

chicken liver parfait, pickled cherries, mustard leaves

second Course

potato gnocchi, slow cooked oxtail, peppers, lemon, oregano, parmesan

porchetta, roasted pork belly, celeriac puree, charred cabbage, pan juices

roasted potatoes, garlic, rosemary, goats curd

salad leaves, pear, walnut, orange dressing

dessert

cherry clafoutis, cream fraiche
