New Years Eve Dinner in Grain Restaurant
Celebrate the arrival of a brand-new year at Grain of the Silos Restaurant.
Ring in the New Year with a five-course menu crafted by Executive Chef, Thomas Pirker - a true celebration of Northern Tasmania’s growers, makers and artisans.
Each course heroes the season’s best produce, perfectly balanced and full of flavour. Choose to enjoy the menu on its own, or elevate the experience with thoughtfully paired local wines.
Join us for dinner at 6.30pm and settle in for an evening of exceptional food, fine company and the soothing sounds of the St Cecilia String Quartet. You’ll have a front-row seat to the 9.30 pm fireworks and if you’re not ready for the night to end, wander through to Woody’s Bar for live music and the best view in town of the midnight fireworks.
From the first bite to the last sip, a night of Tasmanian flavour and celebration, the perfect way to welcome 2026.

Dinner will commence at 6.30pm and run through until 10.00pm. Guests are warmly invited to continue the celebrations afterwards in Woody’s Bar, where live music and views of the midnight fireworks await.

Adults (18 years & above): $189 per person. All tickets for your table must be purchased in a single transaction to ensure group seating.
An optional curated wine pairing can be added per person at the time of booking or alternatively beverages can be purchased on the evening.
Table Allocations: Window tables are carefully allocated our bookings according to time of booking, table size and operational requirements. But rest assured, our floor to ceiling window restaurant allows you to take beautiful views towards Seaport and Trevallyn hills no matter the table.
Cancellation Policy
A full refund is available for cancellations received in writing before 18th December 2025 - please contact grain@peppers.com.au should you require to cancel your booking.
Any cancellations received after this date will be non-refundable.
