Grain of the Silos, open to the public
The Silo Hotel precinct threw open its doors on Friday, June 1 and welcomed over 1,000 guests into the lounge, restaurant, bar and marquee to celebrate the momentous journey the old Kings Wharf grain silos have made. It's been quite an adventure to get to this point, but to say it has been worth it is an understatement. It was an emotional night for all involved and we would like to take this opportunity to thank our staff, who make up a incredible team of passionate advocates for Tasmanian produce, for all their hard work in preparation for this event.
