Discovering Tassie Produce

Producing incredible food sourced from true, local producers is the very soul of Grain of the Silos.

Early this month, our Food Director, Massimo Mele and a team of Silos staff including Grain Head Chef Peter Twitchett Silos owner, Errol Stewart, took a road trip around Tasmania to meet the producers and farmers who will be supplying Grain with their amazing produce, including Ghost Rock Vineyard & Cellar DoorSeven Sheds Brewery Meadery and Hop GardenThe Tasmanian Food Co. and Langdale Farm!
