Winter’s harvest: A four-course feast
This July, savour the Off Season and celebrate northern Tasmania’s finest winter ingredients with a four-course dinner at Grain of the Silos – featuring local calamari, beetroot and brussels sprouts from ‘down the road’, and meats from our friends’ farm near Launceston. It’s a feast curated to counter the cold and highlight the region’s best in show.
